I'M WITH THE BAND SHOW REVIEW

After working endlessly the past six weeks, on July 7th, 2017, the I’m with the Band class at PCC put on their much anticipated performance. It was packed full of  greatest hits, oldies, and a whole lot of talent!

Starting the night off with “Riptide” by Vance Joy, the program was hooked right off the bat. Other big hits include “Everybody Talks”, “500 Miles(I’m Gonna Be)”, and “Seven Nation Army.” Everyone was singing, dancing, and clapping along.

Some of the older songs like “Ventura Highway” and the Social Distortion version of Johnny Cash’s “Ring of Fire” kept the crowd moving. It was a good touch to the other more recent ones.

“Cake by the Ocean” by DNCE was the big finale. By this time, the students’ faces hurt from smiling, laughing, and singing along. At one point, a guitarist even played his instrument behind his head! It was a wild and crazy night for PCC that the entire camp absolutely loved.
