CATS?

by Riley Squared

Hollywood has done it again.

Maybe it's time to stop making movies with humanoid cats. They had the audacity to not read our little article about the live-action "Cat in the Hat." If they had they could have saved millions of dollars in making a movie that in no way will be taken seriously. After the live action Cat in the Hat they'd know half-cat/half-human things are not wanted or needed in the slightest. When will they learn?

Nonetheless, they managed to get many big name celebrities. With stars like Rebel Wilson, James Cordon, Taylor Swift, Jason DeRulo, Idris Elba, and many more. Which begs the question of how much did it cost them to get Jason DeRulo to wear green spandex?

After the trailer's release in mid-July there was backlash from the general public. When looking through social media under  #catstrailer we saw the opinion of the general public, and it was not good. One person under the user name @jibkodi made the statement "I rarely flinch during scary movies...and then I watched #catstrailer." Other posts were negative memes such as "unsee juice" and "go back."
Hollywood focused on if they could and how they would, with total disregard for if they should.
